Attempting to view a story in the Canceled Items Bin gives Error saying story is in the Recycle Bin

STR:
1. Send a Story in Jira Align to the Canceled Items Bin
2. Attempt to access the story via any link

AR:
User receives red toaster message that reads:
"This story has been deleted. You can reinstate the story from the recycle bin from the Actions menu."

ER:

When a user Story has been sent to the Canceled Items Bin and is accessed via a link the read toaster message should read:
"This story has been canceled. You can reinstate the story from the canceled items bin from the Actions menu."
