Issue Summary

Backlog: Feature doesn't appear in Kanban>Process Step view for Additional Program

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login.
2. Create Two Value Streams for Feature level for two Programs.
3. Assign Feature to one Program as Primary, and to another Program as Additional.
4. Set Process steps for both Programs.
5. Go to Additional Program Backlog>Features>Process Step view.

Expected Results

The feature appears in the respective column.

Actual Results

The feature doesn't appear.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
