Issue Summary

Epics/Capabilities Work item edit panel Full-screen not persisted when opening child Feature

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login.
2. Open Epic.
3. Switch to Full-screen view(Icon in the top right corner)
4. Open child Capability.
//Notice that full-screen view is persisted
5. Open Child Feature.

Expected Results

The full-screen view is persisted when opening child Feature from Epic/Capability edit panel in full-screen view

Actual Results

When navigating to child Feature Full0-screen view is turned to normal view. Reproducible only when navigating to Feature.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
