Issue Summary

When a Key Result is created under an Objective, the baseline and goal fields are empty by default. If you attempt to change the Key Result's owner in this state, the UI appears to accept the change, however, after saving and reopening the Objective, the owner remains unchanged.

No error message is displayed to indicate that the update failed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an Objective.
2. Create a Key Result under it, leaving the baseline and goal fields empty.
3. Change the owner of the Key Result, then save and close.
4. Reopen the Objective and verify that the Key Result owner was not updated.

Expected Results

Either the owner is updated successfully, or an error message explains that the baseline and goal values must be filled in before the owner can be changed.

Actual Results

The owner changes on the UI, but the value is not saved and no error is presented.

Workaround

Fill the goal/baseline value and change the owner afterwards.
