      Issue Summary

If a user has a Portfolio details slide-out open in one tab and then opens a Story creation slide-out in another tab, returning to the first tab and clicking "Save" on the existing Portfolio triggers the creation of a brand-new Portfolio instead of simply updating the existing one. This leads to "ghost" or duplicate portfolios being attributed to users in the audit logs.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Teams > View all portfolio teams.
      1. Click on an existing ID or Team name link to open the Portfolio details slide-out.
      1. Duplicate the current browser tab into a new tab.
      1. In the new tab, navigate to Items > Stories.
      1. Click on the Add Story button to open the Story details slide-out.
      1. Switch back to the previous tab where the Portfolio details slide-out is still displayed.
      1. Click on the Save button.
      1. Observe the Portfolio list or audit logs.

      Expected Results

The existing Portfolio should be updated/saved without creating any new records.

      Actual Results

A new Portfolio is created unexpectedly, and the action is recorded in the audit log under the current user's name.

      Workaround

To prevent this issue, it is recommended to avoid having multiple creation or detail slide-outs open across different browser tabs simultaneously.
