Work items: SQL or JS in the various fields such as Description and Acceptance Criteria cause 'Forbidden resource' error on saving the item

Issue Summary

When users try to save the work item with the pieces of SQL or JS in the fields - they get the forbidden resource error

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new defect
2. Edit the description - put some SQL or JS pieces to it
3. Save the defect

Expected Results

The defect is saved

Actual Results

The defect is not saved, the toastr with the 'Forbidden Resource...' appears

Workaround

Do not include the pieces of SQL or JS in the work item's fields.
