Issue Summary
If the Dependency View > View All is filtered by the Program Increment/Release with a not equal, the list of dependencies is incorrect, not bringing all the results.
See the below example, as there is a total of 185 Dependencies associated with the program, and 11 associated with the current Program Increment/Release, but once we filter for not equal, the total shown is only 37.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to Teams > Select a Program
- Go to More Items > Dependencies > View All
- Remove the Program Increment/Release as a filter and see how many Dependencies appear
- Now filter by one Program Increment/Release and see how many appears
- Change the filter of the Program Increment/Release to not equal, and see how the number of dependencies dont match the expected total
Expected Results
When filtering by not equal on Program Increment/Release, the total of dependencies would be correct.
Actual Results
When filtering by not equal on Program Increment/Release, the total of dependencies is incorrect.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
