[JIRAALIGN-889] Product: Inactive product shouldn't be selectable for features

Issue Summary

Product: Inactive product shouldn't be selectable for features

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Product grid
2. Make any product inactive and save
3. Open any feature
4. Select an inactive product in the corresponding drop-down and save

Expected Results

Inactive product is not represented in the corresponding drop-down. However, if a product is selected on feature, then deactivated, it will still show on the feature panel / not nulled out. 

Actual Results

Inactive product is selected and the feature is saved

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
