Issue Summary

Platform terminology for Program is inconsistent in the Objectives details panel Tier selection. ‘Program’ is displayed in Tier selection instead of the configured platform terminology.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Modify Product in Platform Terminology and click Update Terminology
2. Login in incognito window, so a new session is started
3. Open an Objective
4. Observe that the old terminology for Program is displayed under Tier selection
5. Reopen the item
6. Observe that the new terminology is displayed

The behaviour can vary across users. For example, one user couldn’t reproduce the issue, while another user sees ‘Program’ under the Tier selection persist despite reopening the item or refreshing the page (so it is still wrong after step 5 above).

The issue can also happen when navigating to a related child objective from a Portfolio tier objective.

Expected Results

Platform terminology should always show correctly, as it does in the rest of the UI.

Actual Results

“Program” is shown in the Tier selection instead of configured terminology.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
