[JIRAALIGN-885] Assessment Results : Blank report (does not show responses)

Issue Summary

Assessment Results Report does not show data / show blank results

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new Team Assessment
2. Release assessment to users
3. Log in as in-scope user and respond to the assessment
4. Get back and close responded assessment
5. Navigate to Assessments page _https://<instance>/Assessments_
6. Click on <assessment-name> under Assessment Results section
7. This will land you at Assessment Results report page _https://&lt;instance&gt;/AssessmentResult?FirstTime=True&AssessmentID=&lt;ID&gt;_

Notice Series 1 and no data to display labels no matter what button or date you select on the UI

Expected Results

Report is shown with actual consolidate data from user's assessment responses.

Actual Results

No results / blank report

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
