[JIRAALIGN-877] Pop up message refers to a non-existent status when assigning Delivered Values

Issue Summary

When assigning Delivered Values to Objectives, the user is presented with a toaster describing a non-existent status. The message says “Remember to mark this as Complete since the total value was received.” However, no such Status field exists when selecting a Status from the Drop Down Menu for the Objective. The message should say "Remember to mark this as Done...."

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to an Objective Grid.
2. Click on an Objective to bring up its details slide out window
3. Locate Delivered Value and assign a value to it.

Expected Results

The toaster message should read “Remember to mark this as Done since the total value was received.”

Actual Results

Message says “Remember to mark this as Complete since the total value was received.” However, no such status exists for objectives.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
