      Issue Summary

      Additional Programs are removed automatically from Epics Intermittently and aren’t recorded in the audit logs as well.

      Steps to Reproduce

      Unable to reproduce internally, however, customers are facing this issue intermittently.

      Expected Results

      Audit logs should capture if additional program details are removed.

      Actual Results

      Audit logs don’t show the removal of additional program details.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour.
