Issue Summary

In the new roadmaps section, the horizontal scroll bar isn’t visible for the Fields section. However, we can scroll to the next field using the Keyboard and mouse. Additionally, we can’t see the Story count in the new Roadmaps, even when the settings are enabled. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the Portfolio and choose the New Roadmaps.
2. Choose more than 10 fields.
3. Look for a Horizontal scroll bar under the Fields section, just like we have for the timeline. (It is missing)
4. Choose View settings > Show Story count > Toggle the setting as "ON".
5. Log off and Login back. 
6. Show Story Count settings are reset. The toggle would be turned OFF.

Expected Results

1. Horizontal Scroll Bar to be visible in the Fields section. 
2. Story Count toggle settings should be retained even on logoff and login.

Actual Results

1. Horizontal Scroll Bar isn’t visible in the Fields section. Users need to use Keyboard/mouse to use the functionality. 
2. Story Count toggle settings aren't retained on logoff and login.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior.
