In Enterprise Insights, Feature and Epic tags added in Jira Align manually or via Jira Sync do not add tags to the reporting data.

      Issue Summary

      In some instances after upgrading to version 11.18.1 , the FK Tag List column in Features and Epics tables in Enterprise Insights do not populate with tags present in Jira Align. This impacts both tags created directly in Jira Align and tags created via Jira connector sync. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Find a Feature or Epic without a tag.
      1. Create a new tag and add it to the Feature. Alternatively, create a new Feature in Jira with tags and allow it to sync to Jira Align
      1. Allow ETL to occur to Enterprise insights
      1. Run a query like 
        select “FK Tag List” from current_dw.Feature where "Feature ID"= FEATUREID

       

       

      Expected Results

      Tags are listed in FK Tag List

      Actual Results

      0 Tags are listed in FK Tag List

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
