      Issue Summary

The users are getting a “Whoops” error when accessing the Feature grid, despite having all the necessary role permissions. This happens when the users have the same Tag filter added multiple times, separated by a comma.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to the grid.
      1. Click “Apply Filters“ button.
      1. Select the “Tags” filter.
      1. Prepare a text containing the same tag multiple times, separated by a comma, like “xyz, xyz,“ and copy it.
      1. Paste the text into the “Enter tags“ field multiple times.
      1. You’ll see that the XYZ tag was added, and in the text input we have the pasted text present
      1. Click outside of the text input for the pasted text to convert into a long tab with commas.
      1. You’ll see that the pasted text was changed into a XYZ,XYZ,XYZ... tag
      1. Now click on “Filter“
      1. We are shown the “Whoops“ page, and it is not possible to open the grid anymore

      Expected Results

Users are able to access the Features Grid without any errors.

      Actual Results

Users receive a “Whoops” error when accessing the Feature grid, despite having all the necessary role permissions.

      Workaround

      • Request a user who can access their Feature grid view without error to save the link to the Items > Features view, along with any saved filter, as desired. Click on the “share” option on the top right to copy the link to the Feature grid.
      • Share this link to the impacted user who is unable to access their Feature grid due to the “whoops” error.
      • The impacted user must click on the shared link.
      • Once on the Feature grid, the user can click on "Saved filters" and delete the incorrect/all filters from their view by clicking the Recycle bin icon next to each saved filter.
User can also delete the filters by pressing Ctrl + Shift + J on Windows/Linux or Cmd + Option + J on Mac, typing clearFilters() and pressing Enter. This should also clear the selected default filter for the user.
