Issue Summary

Roles with Program > Feature > Delete option disabled are still able to delete a feature through their parent Epics.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a user role in Jira Align and make this role have the following permissions:
   • Portoflio > Epics > Delete = Enabled
   • Program > Features > Delete = Disabled
2. Login using that role, and create an Epic with child Features.
3. Navigate to the child Features and confirm that user is not able to delete the Features.
4. Navigate back to the parent Epic details panel and click delete.
5. Delete item option appear.

Expected Results

User role should not be able to delete the child features

Actual Results

User role has the option and able to delete the child feautes.

Workaround

To make sure the child features will not be deleted. Disable also the Portfolio > Epics > Delete option for this role.
