Issue Summary

Customers are reporting that their “Push to Jira' timer in Jira Align is stuck or hasn't synchronized in a while. All the other timers work as expected and only the “Push to Jira” timer stops.

Steps to Reproduce

• Navigate to Administration> Jira Settings> Jira Setup
• Notice that the “Push to Jira” timer will show as “last sync ran for 0 mins and ended <no.> days ago”
• Notice that any changes made from Jira Align does not sync to Jira

Expected Results

“Push to Jira” timer continues to run one cycle after the other and it does not stop

Actual Results

“Push to Jira” timer in Jira Align does not sync

Workaround

Restarting the connector service will help in fixing this issue as a workaround.
