Issue Summary
In Unassigned Backlog for Features, applying an Epic filter causes the list to incorrectly show "0" results, even when there are Features assigned to that Epic in the backlog
Steps to Reproduce
- Take a Program that has Theme, Epic, Capability and Feature level
- Navigate to that Program > Backlog page > Feature Backlog in the drop-down
- Ensure a Program Increment (PI) is selected in the left side PI filter
- Expand the Unassigned Backlog section, where we can see a Feature in the Unassigned Backlog list. Note: This feature is already parented to a Theme, Portfolio Epic, and Capability.
- Unexpand the Unassigned Backlog section
- On the same Backlog page, at the top right corner, click on the ‘Unassigned Backlog’ button
- Ensure ‘All Programs’ is selected in the drop-down box and click ‘Advanced’
- Then, from the ‘All Themes’ drop-down, select the relevant Theme that is parented to the above feature
- Click Appy
- Notice the Feature is listed as expected in the result list. This is okay.
- Now, from the Epic drop-down list, select the Portfolio Epic assigned to the above Feature. Then click Apply
- Actual Result: Notice that the Feature is not returned in the search result; it returns 0 results.
Expected Results
- The feature should be returned in the search result when filtering by the associated Portfolio Epic.
Actual Results
The Feature is not returned in the search result; it returns 0 results and shows the message “No Items Returned For This Search”
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
