Issue Summary

Once a Portfolio is selected from the teams dropdown, the Roadmap does not appear in the side menu as an option

Steps to Reproduce

1. From the Teams dropdown, select a Portfolio

1. Notice that in the side menu, the Roadmaps option is missing

Expected Results

The Roadmap option should always be available in the side menu

Actual Results

Intermittently, the Roadmaps don’t appear in the side menu

Workaround

1. Select another portfolio, wait for the side menu to load

1. Select the same Portfolio as before

1. Notice that the Roadmaps are now available in the side menu
