Issue Summary

The quick view of Objectives within the Program Board is not rendering properly as the quick view info far is being placed over the details info

Steps to Reproduce

1. From the Teams dropdown, select a Program and then at least a PI
2. In the side menu, click on Program Board
3. Click on an Objective. Once the quick view opens, click on the objective title
4. Notice that a bar with the quick view info is placed over the details info

Expected Results

The quick view bar should be placed on the left outside of the details panel

Actual Results

The bar with the quick view info is placed over the details info

Workaround

Alter the zoom page to 110% and then set it back to 100% which will align the quick view bar and the details panel
