Issue Summary

Users( except Super Admins) are unable to view a specific Program even though they are listed as Program > members.

Users (except Super Admins) are unable to view the Program, even though they are listed as Program members. This Program is active.

As a workaround, the user created another Program, which is visible to them. Both Programs are part of the same portfolio.

Steps to Reproduce

Support is not able to reproduce this behavior. This is only seen in customer environment:

• Have a Non admin user who is part of a Program > Members tab
• Notice, the User (Non Admin) is not able to see the specific Program in the Administration > Programs list
• The user also cannot see the specific Program from the top Teams menu list

Expected Results

The user should be able to see the program, when they are part of a Program > Members tab

Actual Results

The non admin user is not able to see the program

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
