Summary

In the new Roadmap experience, the bottom-right Legend indicates colors for various States including things like Off Track and At Risk. This is visible in all configurations of the Roadmap. However, some of these States only apply to certain work items like Objectives.

The Ask

Add clarifying details to the Roadmap Legend to indicate which States are expected to appear in the Roadmaps current view, or update the documentation to indicate that only certain States apply to certain work items.
