Issue Summary

When a user duplicates a dependency that depends on multiple teams and has two users in the Notify field, the process will throw an error. There is also a possibility that this error could disrupt data, such as causing missing audit logs and an empty created by field.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Ensure a program increment, a Feature, and at least 3 teams with team sprints are available
2. Create a dependency with the above information
3. Set at least two users in the Notify field
4. Set the Committed by field to any existing value
5. Duplicate the dependency

Expected Results

Copying dependencies with multiple users in the Notify field should work without errors.

Actual Results

The process throws an undescriptive UI error (incremental error) after clicking the Copy button.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
