Description 

In the current setup of Jira Align, within the Program Room, users are required to manually select a team when adding an Action Item. This has been a source of confusion for many customers, as it adds an extra step to the process and can lead to errors if the incorrect team is selected. The current workflow does not take advantage of the context provided by the default Program, which could streamline the process and improve user experience.

Enhancement

To address this issue, it is proposed to enhance the functionality of the Program Room by automatically mapping the Team field to the default Program when adding a new Action Item. This would mean that when a user is creating an Action Item within a specific Program context, the Team field would be pre-populated with teams associated with that Program. This change would reduce the potential for errors, speed up the process of adding Action Items, and provide a more intuitive experience for users by leveraging the existing Program context.
