Summary
When a user chooses the "Give Feedback" option, the request is sent to Atlassian product team, but the Align Admins are not made aware of the feedback in any way.
Suggestion
When "Give Feedback" is selected, include a vehicle to inform the Align Admins of the feedback being sent.
Align Admins may be able to communicate workarounds to the user if they are made aware of the request.
This vehicle can include:
- Emailing the Align Admins along with sending the feedback to Product team.
- Allowing the Give Feedback option to be configured by the Align Admin to redirect to an internal feedback form
- A page where all Feedback Submissions can be reviewed by the site admins.
