Issue Summary

Override on kanban sprint view doesn't reflect the same on the backlog list view

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1 - Navigate to the backlog team Kanban sprint view
2. Step 2 - Next override velocity
3. Step 3 - Then Navigate to the backlog list view for the same team & sprint
4. Step 4 - Notice that the original velocity is present

Expected Results

 ”Average Velocity” on the backlog list view should pull from the “Avg Velocity” on the sprint slide out panel

Actual Results

Override doesn't match between the two views

The below exception is thrown in the xxxxxxx.log file:

Currently, there is no workaround for this issue.
