Currently, PI Progress → Drill Down Burndown/Burnup reports plot results based on intervals rather than daily data.
This includes all related plots accessed from Drill Down such as View Teams.
The intervals depend on the date range of the selected PI as described in this doc: Program increment progress drill down.
This means that if users are looking at the reports at the start of an interval, the last 'actual' point is some future date. The report incorrectly shows little to no accepted points for the interval, giving the impression that work may have stalled.
The screenshot above was taken on 20th of August.
This behavior is different from the parent PI Progress Burndown/Burnups which use daily points, adding to potential confusion.
Feature request
Please change these reports to use daily data points, as what parent view Burndowns already use.
OR truncate the Remaining lines at the end of today rather than at the end of last interval.
