Issue Summary

Under the new Roadmaps page, the Progress column will intermittently show the progress of Features or Capabilities until the column is enabled again

Steps to Reproduce

1. From the Teams dropdown, select a Portfolio
2. In the side Menu, click on New Roadmaps
3. In the Work Item dropdown, select Epics
4. In the Columns button, enable the column 'Progress'
5. Expand an Epic with child Features/Capabilities
6. Notice that despite having completed Stories under the Feat, the progress bar under the 'Progress' column doesn’t show any progress
7. Change the View from 'Epics' to 'Features', notice that the Progress bar shows the progress related to the closed Stories
8. Back to the Epic view, go to the Columns option, disable 'Progress' and enable it again, or refresh the page
9. Notice that the Progress column is now updated with the progress related to the accepted Stories

Expected Results

The Progress columns show the progress of completed child items consistently

Actual Results

The Progress bar intermittently doesn't display the Features/Capabilities Progress in the Epic view

Workaround

In the Epic view, go to the Columns option, disable 'Progress' and enable it again, or refresh the page
