Issue Summary

Users encounter a database error message when attempting to view additional child objectives from the parent objective page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the Objective page
2. Make sure the Objective has 21 plus child Objectives
3. Try changing the child objective pages
4. It will throw the error mentioned earlier.

Expected Results

It should change the page and display the child objectives as expected.

Actual Results

The error above is being thrown and blocking the user from viewing additional child objectives.

Note: The NaN value was identified on the startAt parameter in the internal call, causing the internal error when it a number was expected.
