Issue Summary

In the Release Note 11.14.x  is reported the following:

 As part of our work to provide more consistency with new add and save permissions, we were able to identify and resolve a bug related to features.

• Previously, the Save permission was required to use the Copy function on a feature's details panel.
• We've updated system logic to validate the correct permission toggle, Add, as copying creates a new work item.

If you try the steps below, the Copy option on a feature's details panel is not visible when only the Add toggle is enabled. It does, however, appear when both Add and Save permissions are enabled at the feature level.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Settings
2. Select 'Access control -> Roles'
3. Select the Role you need
4. Expand 'Program' and identify the section "Manage". In the Feature, enable the toggle Add and ** disable ** the ** toggle Save
5. Save the change
6. Log out and log in again in JA
7. Open a Feature

Expected Results

The copy option on a feature's details panel is visible when only the Add toggle is enabled.

Actual Results

The copy option on a feature's details panel is NOT visible when only the Add toggle is enabled.

Workaround

Add and Save toggle enabled
