Issue Summary

Intermittently, the Epic grid will time out a request when trying to open a work item, leading to a white screen.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Load a large number of items in the Epic grid
2. When opening the grid, immediately click a work item
3. From time to time, the request will time out and result in a white screen that must be refreshed to escape.

Expected Results

Clicking a work item will wait for the item details to load

Actual Results

Clicking a work item occasionally times out the request and just leads to a white screen

Workaround

Reload the page and try again.
