      Issue Summary

      Time out error in multiple scenarios, such as Mass Move, Save of Feature, and timeout error on the connector

      Users receive time out error in Jira Align UI and the connector. The following are the instances where customer can see time out :

      • The most common ones are the following: Jira Connector, MassUpdate, and Updating a work item(Feature Save).

      Steps to Reproduce

      One scenario:

      • Navigate to More Actions > Mass Move> Select Feature Object > Move work items
      • Notice Gateway time-out (error code 504)

      Expected Results

      There should be no timeout error

      Actual Results

      There are different entry points for the related Stored Procedure to timeout because it's used across different flows in Jira Align. The most common ones are the following Jira Connector, MassUpdate, and Updating a work item (Feature Save).

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
