Issue Summary

If a board or sprint is currently synced with Jira Align, you might encounter the error message: “Will not update sprint name or goal because there are multiple Jira sprints mapped to the same Align iteration.” This issue can arise even when the sprint contains accurate information or consists solely of historical data imported from Jira.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Sync a faulty sprint between Jira and Jira Align.
2. Navigate to Settings > Jira Management > Logs.
3. Observe the error message: “Will not update sprint name or goal because there are multiple Jira sprints mapped to the same Align iteration.”
4. In Jira, make sure that the related boards/sprints have only correct data and associations
5. Repeat steps 2 and 3.

Expected Results

If all the data in Jira is accurate, the logs should be marked as resolved and will not appear in the errors list.

Actual Results

The connector continues to generate error logs for those sprints/boards, overwhelming the Jira logs page, preventing it from loading when it hits the mark of over 10k errors
