Issue Summary

When updating the parent Capability/Epic on Features without specifying an owner, the Owner field is automatically populated with the user's name. This behavior occurs right after picking a Parent in the parents list.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a Feature that does not have a parent Capability/Epic or Owner specified.
2. Select a Capability/Epic parent for the Feature.
3. Observe that the Owner field is automatically populated with the user's name.

Expected Results

The Owner field should not be automatically set after adding a Parent Capability or Epic

Actual Results

The Owner field is  automatically set after adding a Parent Capability or Epic

...

Workaround

Manually set the owner to empty.
