Issue Summary

The Teams > Enterprise > Backlog > Objective Backlog will not list any Objectives. Instead, it displays the message "No Items Returned For This Search"

Enterprise-level Objectives Backlog always returns "No Items Returned for This Search".

As a Super Admin, with membership to many Portfolio and Program Teams, when navigating to Teams -> Enterprise -> Backlog, and when selecting Theme, Epic, or Feature Backlogs, as expected the work items will show.  However, when viewing the Objectives Backlogs (Portfolio or Program), the Objectives are not shown. Instead, the UI displays the message "No Items Returned For This Search" in the Objective Backlog page. This happens with or without PI selected in the left navigation side.

Note: When navigating to a specific Portfolio, going to the Backlog, and viewing the Objectives Backlog, the objectives list will be displayed as expected. Therefore, the issue is only at the Enterprise Level > Objective Backlog page.

Steps to Reproduce

• Navigate to Teams -> Enterprise -> Backlog
• Notice that when selecting Backlog views, such as Theme Backlog, Epic Backlog, or Feature Backlogs from the drop-down, the respective work items will show as expected. No issues here.
• Now to see the issue: On the same Enterprise > Backlog page above, choose Objective Backlog from the drop-down
  • Choose Portfolio, Program or Team from the sub drop-down list
  • It will not show any Objectives. Instead, it displays the message "No Items Returned For This Search".
  • The same message will appear even when choosing a Program Increment(PI) in the PI drop-down menu in the left navigation. The Objectives are not listed.
  • The Teams > Enterprise > Backlog > Objective Backlog will not list any Objectives. Instead, it displays the message "No Items Returned For This Search".
• Note: The following will work:
  • Navigate to a specific Portfolio (Teams > Portfolio ), go to the Backlog page, and select the Objective Backlog from the drop-down.
  • Choose Portfolio, Program or Team from the sub drop-down list
  • Notice the Objectives will be listed as expected.
  • Also, when choosing the same Program Increment(PI) as above in the PI drop-down menu in the left navigation, the Objectives are listed as expected.

Expected Results

The Teams > Enterprise > Backlog > Objective Backlog should display the Objectives list

Actual Results

The issue seen is at the Enterprise Level. The Teams > Enterprise > Backlog > Objective Backlog will not list any Objectives. Instead, it displays the message "No Items Returned For This Search"

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
