Address a usability concern regarding the contact information display in the Owner column of the OKR Hub grid.

Business Impact

Currently, the contact details are shown as images, requiring users to hover over each image to view the owner's name. This process becomes cumbersome, especially when multiple entries lack pictures, impacting the efficiency of daily operations. See image for reference.

You have to hover over every image to know who the owner is, or you have to export the data to see it there.

To enhance user experience and streamline workflow, we kindly request the following improvements:

• Display the contact information as text in the Owner column.
• Alternatively, provide an option to toggle between text and image display according to user preference.

Implementing these changes would significantly improve the speed and ease of accessing contact information, thereby facilitating smoother business operations.
