Issue Summary

The Feature (Jira Epic) Description is not available when accessing the Epic via the Status Report.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the Status Reports page
2. Click on the specific Portfolio Epic.
3. Click on the Title to open the Epic

ps.: It was noted that this issue happens when the Primary Program set in the Feature syncs with Jira, even if the Feature itself is not syncing with Jira.

Expected Results

The Feature Description is loaded and editable.

Actual Results

The Feature Description is empty and not editable.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
