Summary:

During an investigation, we found out that in order for the new Team Hierarchy Menu to work properly with Capabilities enabled, it's a prerequisite to have "Enable Solutions Menu" set to Yes on Administration > Platform > Solution tab

A few Customers might opt not to show the solutions tab due to their internal requirements.

Suggestion:

I would like to suggest the possibility of not having it as a prerequisite.
And in case it's indeed needed, provide the Jira Align customers the possibility to disable the solution visibility on this menu
