Issue Summary

1. Hyperlink on the "change details" is missing.
2. Action says "Added" after editing a capability/feature.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a capability/feature (user will receive an email notification with hyperlink )
2. Edit the capability/feature (user will receive an email with a missing hyperelink)

Expected Results

• Hyperlink should also be on the change notification email for editing feature/capability.
• Action should change to edited if the feature/capability is edited.

Actual Results

No hyperlink is indicated on the email for edit change notification.

Action always says "Added" even though it's edited.

Workaround

None.
