Description

Currently, Jira Align does not natively support adding multiple "Depends on" selections in a single dropdown filter on the Dependencies screen. This limitation restricts users from efficiently managing and viewing dependencies across multiple items simultaneously. The ability to select multiple dependencies in a single filter would significantly enhance the user experience by providing a more comprehensive view of interrelated tasks and dependencies.

 

Enhancement

Introduce functionality that allows users to select multiple "Depends on" values within a single dropdown filter on the Dependencies screen. This enhancement should include:

• A multi-select dropdown interface for the "Depends on" filter.

• The ability to apply multiple selections to filter and display relevant dependencies.

• Improved UI/UX to accommodate the multi-select feature without cluttering the interface.

• Ensure compatibility with existing filtering and reporting functionalities.

This enhancement will empower users to better manage complex dependencies, streamline workflows, and improve overall project visibility within Jira Align.
