Currently, in the Progress By Objective report, the Total Value Planned value is based only on objectives with a Type of Critical Path. Other fields use both objective types: Critical Path and Stretch Goals. Reference: Progress by objective

• Total Value Planned: Sum of planned value of critical path objectives assigned to the PI.

• Total Value Delivered: Sum of delivered value of critical path and stretch goal objectives assigned to the PI.

Having this calculation named as Total Value Planned is confusing; it only takes into account the Critical Path (Committed) goals. However, the field name as Total creates misinterpretation by the users where you consider this as actual Total Value Planned.

The enhancement request is to have a distributed view in the report to have an additional column that shows both Critical Path and Stretch goals total planned value. Also, to have an actual Total Value Planned field in the report.
