Issue Summary

Unable to search by external entities in the Notify field within Jira Align's Dependencies feature. This issue results in displaying the owner's name instead of the entity's name.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Access the Dependencies section.
2. In the Notify field, type the external entity.
3. Observe that results bring users who have the entity in their email, ignoring the entity itself.
   

Expected Results

Users should be able to search and find external entities in the Notify field, not just users who have it on their email address.

Actual Results

The search results display users who have the entity in their email, rather than the entity itself.

Workaround

Search for users by their email address to successfully add them to the Notify field.
