Issue Summary

When copying an Objective such as Team or Program objective, several fields are not populated in the copy.
Category, Type, Planned Value, Delivered Value, and any linked work

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new Objective and populate all fields noted above.
2. Select the Copy option and review the fields populated in the new copy
3. Note that the above fields are missing from the copy

Expected Results

Copy will match the populated fields of the original (can likely exclude Delivered Value as it's a new Objective)

Actual Results

Copy does not match all populated fields and there is no documentation suggesting any fields should be excluded from the copy

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
