Summary

Improve the "Why?" field text for Themes to enhance clarity and prevent confusion.

Currently, independently of the "Strategic Initiative" selected in the Theme form, the Why button label will add the value "STRATEGIC INNOVATION", which led to confusion.

Enhancement

• Remove the default text "STRATEGIC INNOVATION" from the Theme Type display, as it is misleading and may contradict the actual Theme Type value (e.g., "R&D").

• Modify the relationship text to a Yearly Goal from "ENABLES OUR STRATEGY" to "enables our <label for Yearly Goal>", ensuring it dynamically uses the client-specific label for the Yearly Goal object.

• Ensure the Yearly Goal name displays in the case it was entered, rather than automatically converting it to lower case.
