Summary

The current functionality allows users to notify colleagues about risks by entering email addresses in the Notify field on the Risk detail card. If a Target Resolution Date is set and the risk is not resolved by that date, those listed in the Notify section receive an email notification. This enhancement request proposes to automatically include the Risk Owner in these notification emails, ensuring they are informed of unresolved risks by the Target Resolution Date.

Suggestion:

• Automatically include the Risk Owner in the notification email if a Target Resolution Date is specified and the risk remains unresolved.

Benefits:

• This will enhance communication and ensure that the Risk Owner is always informed of outstanding risks, improving risk management and resolution processes.
