Issue Summary

When checking Audit logs of a Key Result, it's difficult to quickly distinguish edits to the KR itself from edits logged from a Check-in.

Additionally, the Check-in log doesn't show the updated Current metric or the message, only the overall KR Score.

Users with Read-only Objective role access can see the Current metric history using the Reports button, but they must hover over each data point to see the notes.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have an Objective with a KR
2. Edit the KR Baseline or Goal
3. Do a Check-in on the KR
4. Log in as a user that has Add/Edit toggled off for Objectives in Administration → Roles
5. Try to check Audit log and understand the updates that have occurred in the KR, it doesn't contain a complete view and it's not clear at first glance whether the update was performed on the KR directly or in a Check-in

Feature Request

Please make KR Audit log contain the full information about the Check-ins, including the new Value and Optional Note.

Workaround

The full history of events can be understood using this knowledge:

• It's not possible to directly edit the current number on a KR, this can only be done in a Check-in
• The KR Score is only logged in 2 ways:
  • When Check-in is performed
  • When editing baseline/target goal
• Audit logs where only the score has changed usually correspond to a Check-in
  • For example: "Score Changed - From [0.1] To [0.2]"
• Audit logs corresponding to direct edits will include both the edited field and the score change at the same time, for example:
  Goal Changed - From [140] To [130]
  Score Changed - From [0.2] To [0.3]
• Users with edit access can use the Check-in button without checking in to see the previous Check-in values and notes
• All users with read access can use Reports button and hover over the chart values to see the Check-in notes
