Issue Summary

The current implementation of the OKR Hub in Jira Align includes a toggle at the Enterprise level. This placement has led to confusion among users who expect the OKR Hub to function at this level, despite its design to operate only at the Portfolio, Program, Solution, and Team levels. The enterprise level lacks the specific context required for the OKR Hub to function effectively, leading to a mismatch between user expectations and the actual capabilities of the tool.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Jira Align Settings.

1. Select "Roles."

1. Choose a specific role.

1. Set the toggle in Enterprise > OKR Hub.

Enhancement

To improve user experience and reduce confusion, we propose the removal of the OKR Hub toggle from the Enterprise level navigation. This change will align the user interface with the intended functionality of the OKR Hub and prevent misunderstandings about its scope. Additionally, updating the help documentation to clearly articulate the levels at which the OKR Hub is intended to operate will further enhance clarity for users.
