Issue Summary

On any instance with 11.12, Atlassian Goals now show up for Epic, Capability, and Theme.

This is intended to only show if a Goal is linked to a work item in the Goals app but instead shows an error if Atlassian Guard is disabled.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Disable Atlassian Guard
2. Open an Epic in a 11.12 instance with no Goals linked to any work in Align
3. Scroll to the Atlassian Goals section
4. An error message is generated that cannot be resolved

Expected Results

Atlassian Goals can be enabled/disabled from the Details Panels Settings, or are only active if a confirmed Goal is linked to the work item

Actual Results

An error message is populated in the Atlassian Goals section of these work items telling you to refresh the page, but this will never resolve.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
