Issue Summary

When the Filter is applied to filter by Tags in the Program Board, it does not filter the Unassigned Features.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in to Jira Align and select a Program from the dropdown menu at the top.
2. In the left panel, select a Program Increment and navigate to the Program Board.
3. Click on the "Extra Config" button at the top right and enable the toggle "Unassigned Features."
4. It will list the Features in the Unassigned Teams section
5. Go back to "Extra Configs" and apply the following filter:
   • Tags
6. Upon applying the filter, the Program Board displays all the Unassigned Features even if they don't have any tags associated with them.

Expected Results

Upon applying the filter for any specific tags, unassigned features should also be filtered.

Actual Results

Unassigned Features ignores the filters applied as per Tags

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
