Backlog Kanban View for Features should display Estimated Points from the Details Tab, Forecast Tab, and LOE from child stories

      Summary

      Currently, the Kanban View of the Feature Backlog shows cards with 3 points values:

      • LOE
      • WSJF
      • Estimated Points (Or TW/MW depending on estimation system)

      Estimated Points is currently derived from the Forecast tab of the Feature, but users can also estimate from the Details Tab, and the story point rollup also can be used to define an estimate.

      The cards in the Kanban View of the Feature Backlog should display Estimate values for all three of these options, alongside LOE and WSJF, so end users can read the estimation value that they are actively using, instead of just the Forecast Tab value, which may not be used by the organization.

      Note: For epics, capabilities, and features, program PI estimate values are taken from the program estimates found on the Forecast tab of a work item's details panel. Non-point values are converted into story points using the Estimation Conversions settings menu.
